Thank you for saying yes! The life change that happens in groups is so amazing and we are excited for you and what God is going to do in your group! This course is divided into two major sections:

1) What does being a group leader look like?: Starting well is vital to the success of your group. Learn the basics of group leadership along with 4 vital leadership essentials. 

2) The posture and skills of an effective leader: How do we become better leaders? There are also some skills that great leaders have and if we worked on those particular skills, we may become better leaders ourselves!

While this entire course is learn-at-your-own-pace, we recommend spreading these two major pieces out over a couple days. And, as always, you can access the content over and over again to watch and review.
