Your ideas spread

In practice, not just in print

Diamond Tree is an AI-powered platform where coaches, consultants, and team leaders build and run training. Your catalog lives right where that work happens: readers copy your modules into their own workspace, adapt them with AI, and run them with their teams and clients. Your ideas become the training their people actually do.

You earn

Recurring revenue from work you already did

Your catalog is free for your audience to browse. When one of them upgrades to run your tools with their own people, you earn 50% of what they pay Diamond Tree, month after month, tracked automatically from their first visit.

Zero risk

All upside, no real downside

The program is designed so that saying yes costs you almost nothing.

We do the work

We build it, we host it, we run the platform. Your part is source material and sign-off.

You stay in control

Full editorial control: edit, supplement, or replace anything we build, before launch and any time after.

Sharing is the job

You send one link to the audience you already have. If people sign up, you earn. If they do not, you have spent next to nothing finding out.

Stopping is free

Unpublish whenever you want. No commitment, no minimums, no penalty.

Track your earnings

Tracked automatically, visible always

Your dashboard shows who is browsing, accessing, and adopting your material, and what you have earned. You never have to ask who converted.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What does this cost me?

Nothing. No build fee, no hosting, no software to run. We only make money when you do.

Do my readers have to pay?

Not to use your catalog. Browsing and taking modules is free. They pay Diamond Tree only if they upgrade to run material with their own teams and clients, and that is when you earn.

How much of my time does it take?

A conversation, your source material, and a review pass. You approve the plan before anything is built and you decide when the page goes live. Nothing publishes on its own. The building is our job, not yours.

What exactly will you create?

Training modules built from your material: readable pages, worksheets and downloadable tools, self-assessments, and exercises where a reader writes an answer and gets coached on it. Plus a branded page at diamondtree.org/a/your-catalog that holds them.

You see the plan before we build, every module before it publishes, and you can edit any of it yourself afterward.

What rights do I need to have?

You need to control the right to make training material from your book, and to let us publish it. That is not automatic. If you are traditionally published, your contract may have assigned derivative, adaptation, or digital rights to your publisher, in which case those rights are theirs to grant and not yours.

Before we build anything you sign a one-page declaration confirming you hold these rights, and we work only from material you supply or approve. If you are not sure what your contract says, tell us on the call and we will look at it together before either of us commits time. We would rather find this out in week one than after your catalog is live.

Will my material be used to train AI models?

No. We use AI to turn your material into modules, and that is the only thing it is used for. Your work is never sold, never shared with another author, and never used to train or improve any model, ours or anyone else’s.

We are specific about this rather than reassuring: every request carrying your material is sent with data collection explicitly denied, so it can only be handled by providers that do not retain it. If a provider will not agree to that, the request fails rather than quietly going ahead. Your files stay yours and you can have them deleted at any time.

Who owns the catalog once it exists?

You do. It is built from your material, published under your name, and you keep full editorial control: edit any module yourself, any time, before or after it goes live. Diamond Tree hosts it and takes no ownership of your work.

Can I get the material out?

Yes. Download the whole catalog as a folder of files, any time, without asking us: every module as a readable document, with its worksheets and attachments alongside. You can also copy any module into your own Diamond Tree workspace and keep working with it there, and export the list of people who used your catalog as a CSV.

Nothing we build for you is trapped here. If you leave, you leave with the material.

What if my publisher objects?

Tell us and we take the page down the same day. Then we deal with it properly rather than quietly.

This is the reason for the rights declaration in question 5: it exists so that neither of us is surprised. If a publisher has a legitimate claim, the fastest honest outcome is to stop, not to argue while your name is on a live page.

What counts toward my 50%?

Revenue actually collected from customers your catalog brought in, tracked automatically from their first visit. Free signups earn nothing until they convert to a paid plan. Someone who was already a paying Diamond Tree customer before they found your catalog does not count, because we did not earn them.

When and how do I get paid?

Monthly, by PayPal or Wise. Two conditions, both ordinary: a payment has to age 30 days before it becomes payable, so refunds and chargebacks settle first, and your balance has to clear a $20 minimum, so we are not sending you $1.40.

We collect a W-9 or W-8BEN before the first payment. You can see what you have earned, what is on hold, and what has been paid, in your own dashboard, any time.

What if I want out?

Unpublish any time and the page comes down. No lock-in, no penalty, no notice period. What readers already added to their own workspace stays theirs, which is exactly what your readers would expect of you. Money already earned before you left is still owed to you and still gets paid.

Do I need to be a Diamond Tree customer?

No. Your catalog is its own front door.

I work with authors. Can I refer one?

Yes, and we pay for it. If you introduce an author who launches a catalog, you earn 10% of what Diamond Tree collects from customers that catalog brings in, for 12 months. It comes out of our share, never out of the author’s 50%, and we tell the author it exists. Currently arranged in writing, one agreement per referrer.

Let’s build yours

If this page reached you by email or LinkedIn, the fastest path is to reply there: that thread already has a person on the other end. We take on a small number of authors at a time and build each catalog with them.
